Sponsoring Instagram yoga challenges

We're proud to announce that SparklePriestess Clothing will be sponsoring two yoga challenges on Instagram this spring! If you follow us on Instagram, you can join and follow along with the other participants!

Β We are hosting the #AYogisGift challenge and the #SplitsLovingSquad challenges! One winner from each challenge will receive the SparklePriestess leggings of their choice as a prize!

Instagram yoga challenges are a super fun way to practice a little yoga every day, to try new poses, and to gain a super supportive global yoga community! It's easy to follow along! Yoga challenges have a set time limit, usually 5-10 days. The hosts, who are yoga teachers or yoga enthusiasts, will post a flyer to their Instagram pages a few weeks before the challenge starts. The flyer has the challenge theme, dates, and list of poses. Each challenge has a theme and a special hashtag, as well as sponsors. The sponsors are businesses that donate prizes to the winners of the yoga challenge. To join the challenge, you repost the flyer and the follow all of the hosts and sponsors. When the challenge begins, each host will post a daily picture of the pose for that day, along with helpful tips and modifications for success. Yoga challenges are made to be accessible to all levels of yogis, so any modification is okay! Each participant in the challenge will then post a picture of themselves doing the pose of the day, using the special challenge hashtag so that everyone can share in the journey! At the end of the challenge, the hosts announce the winners and then they receive a prize from one of the sponsors.Β 

#SplitsLovingSquad challenge March 1 - March 7

Oh hey! Wanna work on your splits game with us in the first week of March? Of course you do, everyone wants to do the splits! We're sponsoring our lovely friends @twistedgalpal and @illsieyoga in a week long splits based yoga challenge! Whether you're a splits newbie or a splits pro, join us for a week of awesome splits based poses! .
🎯 This #yogachallenge is open for everyone from beginner to advanced level as we work from the basics of splits. So even if you're not able to do your splits as of now, you can still join us and work towards getting them.
🎯 We'll be posting a lot of videos along with instructions for this one to make sure that beginners can understand the basics of splits. So feel free to post videos and we can help you by making suggestions to achieve those perfect splits !
🎯We encourage you to use props like wall, blocks and pillows and whatever stuff you feel has helped you in achieving the pose.

#AYogi'sGift challenge March 30 - April 3

We've placed together a #selflove challenge for those who suffer or no anyone who suffer from #MH any Mental Health Disease as well as supporting friends. It is very important to us to help those who suffer day to day to know that they are loved and are not alone. We are here to help and support you through your journey. This challenge is a 5 day self-love yoga challenge incorporating the 5 senses with your poses daily. It is very important to be in line with your senses along with your chakras.πŸ’™πŸ’šπŸ’›πŸ’œ
. We will provide the pose each day and you can either post a video flow or a picture.
Day 1. Pyramid pose / Touch / Chakra Green
Day 2. Crescent Lounge /Hear / Chakra Orange
Day 3. Fish Pose / Taste / Chakra Blue
Day 4. Warrior III / Sight / Chakra

This challenge is open to everyone and we invite you to join us in some yoga/yogafitness fun. If you are new to yoga you are welcome to use props and modify away.
